Targa’s service provides management and co-ordination of all stages of a project from inception to the delivery of the completed project and involves:

• Programming to establish all activities to be undertaken including the design, tendering, and construction phases of the project, allowing these activities to be managed effectively throughout their course

• Procurement advice that results in a procurement system that best suits the nature of the project whilst recognising the Client’s own priorities

• Management of the design process to achieve the necessary permits and ultimately ensure that the Client’s brief is adhered to

• Establishment and administration of proven management systems during the construction phase that allow delivery of the project within the constraints of both and time and cost and in compliance with all documentation provided by the project team
